How much is the Steppingoff deposit?

A non-refundable 40% deposit is required in order to make a reservation.

How can I pay?

Click the Paypal button to pay if you already have an account or you wish to use a credit card. Further details may be found on the How to Pay page.

Do you make a charge for payments made by Credit card?

No, the price you pay is already shown for each break or course.

What about holiday insurance?

This is a vital part of any holiday so please ensure you take out travel insurance with full cancellation cover. Your credit card may offer further protection.

What is you cancellation Policy?

We cannot be held responsible for missed or cancelled flights or transport leading to your late arrival, non-arrival, missed return flight or requirement for an extended period of accommodation. In such an instance unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds.

Are transfers included with my break?

Yes, all transfers to and from the airports and/or railway station. See our directions page for exact details of which airports and railway stations are included.

What’s not included?

Lunch and dinner. Performance tickets to events e.g. the open-air opera at Verona Arena, ferry tickets and flights.

Can I make changes to the suggested itineraries?

All itineraries can be adjusted by negotiation. The suggested itineraries are used to give you an idea of package content.

What if I decide I need extra counselling sessions with Lesley?

Lesley will happily discuss your individual needs either prior to or on arrival.

What are the approximate flying times?

Flight times are around 90 minutes from southern England and 2 hours 20 minutes from northern Britain and Ireland.
